This agreement is made between PicDoai VIP Members (“Members”) and the PicDoai app (“PicDoai”) regarding the auto-renewal subscription service (“Service”). It outlines the rights and obligations for use of this Service. Using the Service signifies that the Member agrees to be bound by these terms. If the Member does not accept, they may not use the Service.
2.1 This Service is designed to help Members avoid service interruption due to missed renewals. Once activated, PicDoai is authorized to automatically deduct the subscription fee for the next billing cycle from the Member’s linked account or payment method before the current subscription expires.
2.2 Members must ensure sufficient balance for successful deduction. PicDoai is not responsible for failures due to insufficient funds.
2.3 Use of this Service also indicates agreement with the PicDoai VIP Terms of Service and all public notifications related to the Service.
2.4 This Service is intended only for use within the PicDoai platform. Any attempts to separate the service content from the app through illegal means are prohibited and PicDoai reserves the right to pursue legal action.
3.1 PicDoai provides ways to view billing records but does not provide printed invoices.
3.2 Subscription fees are deducted from the linked account on the due date and the membership is extended accordingly.
3.3 In case of payment errors, both parties will cooperate to resolve the issue and share responsibility based on their respective faults.
3.4 PicDoai may update this agreement or service terms at any time and will notify users through platform announcements. Continued use after updates implies acceptance.
3.5 Members may cancel the service at any time. Failure to cancel is considered consent for ongoing deductions.
3.6 If subscription prices are updated before renewal, the new price will apply.
3.7 PicDoai does not charge separately for this Service but may do so in the future with notice.
4.1 This agreement takes effect upon activation of the Service and remains valid until the Member cancels or the membership is terminated.
4.2 Members can cancel the Service at any time in account settings. Once canceled, the Service will be stopped.
4.3 Fees already deducted under valid instructions will not be refunded even after cancellation.
If either party breaches the agreement, the other party has the right to seek compensation through legal means.
Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, either party may submit the dispute to the People’s Court of Nanshan District, Shenzhen. This agreement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
